Transitioning Into Spring.....Finally!

Helloooo My Loves!! How is everyone doing on this lovely rainy Thursday? So as you can see I have been a little behind this week.. it just seems like everything has come up from every angle.  I am going to apologize in advance for the picture quality on these pics I really don't know what happened to my camera.  So the weather has been gradually getting better here in NC, and when I think of Spring it just warms my heart the only thing that I really don't like is that fact that some days it is still cold in the morning and super hot in the afternoon so a perfect way to dress for this weather is to add a blazer to anything that you are wearing, it will help keep you warm and let's face it a blazer adds instant chicness (I don't know if that is really a word but I am going with it) to any outfit.  What are you spring tips?

The White Pant.... A Collaboration Story!

Hey Loves! today I am teaming up with fellow fashion blogger babe Altagracia from Inspire By Style to bring you this ootd on how we each style white pants for spring.  As we all know the white pant is here to stay for spring and summer so we are going to show you 2 ways how you can easily style them.  I was thinking when Altagracia first came to me with this idea that I was going to paired them with my floral top and blue heels.  But then I received my leopard sneakers from Steve Madden and I just new that I wanted to do a casual chic outfit instead.  So I paired my white skinny jean with a mint striped shirt and I threw on a dark wash denim jacket because let's face it it can still be chilly in the spring.  I absolutely love the way the outfit came together, I know that this can be an easy go to outfit for weekend casual chic look.  Can I also say that I am in love with my new leopard print sneakers!! They have quickly become my go to shoes in my closet, they are comfy and very easy to style to give any outfit a chic look.

Hola Amores! hoy estoy haciendo equipo con la fabulosa bloguera de moda Altagracia de Inspire By Style para mostrarles cómo usar pantalones blancos para la primavera. Como todos sabemos, el pantalón blanco está aquí para quedarse para la primavera y el verano por lo tanto le queríamos mostrar 2 maneras de cómo usted puede usar su pantalón blanco fácilmente.  Cuando Altagracia me escribió con la idea de hacer la colaboración yo ya tenia en mente usar una camisa con un estampado de flores y unos tacones azules.  Pero recibí mis zapatillas de leopardo de Steve Madden y cuando las vi cambie de idea y quería hacer un atuendo casual chic.  Así que combiné mi pantalón skinny blanco con una camisa de rayas en un color menta, me puse una chaqueta denim lavado oscuro, porque seamos sinceros, todavía puede ser frío en las mañana cuando estamos en primavera.  Me encanton con el resultado final de este atuendo, puedo decir que es algo que se pueden poner en el find de semana para un look casual y chic.  ¿También les puedo decir que estoy enamorada de mis nuevas zapatillas con el estampado de leopardo! Ellos se han convertido rápidamente en unos de mis favoritos zapatos en mi armario, son cómodos y bien fácil de combinar para darle un toque chic a tu atuendo.

Mixing Prints!

Hey Loves!! If you follow me on instagram (which you can do so here) I was traveling a couple weeks ago and I wore this outfit and I didn't have a chance to take any pictures since I did not bring my camera... I did not curl my hair like I had on my instagram picture but other than that it is the same.  I love this subtle mix of both the leopard print and gingham it is not over powering and by keeping everything else simple and neutral also the prints to shine.  and I mean you can never go wrong with leopard heels they are a perfect way to add some flavor to any outfit.  Doyou like playing with prints? what are some of your favorite combos?

Teal and Leopard!

Hey Guys! I loveeeee these pants, the color is fabulous and this was another steal from Old Navy!! I paid less than $10 for them and for a budget conscious mom like me that is one heck of a deal that I just could not pass up.  I went with a simple yet chic work outfit and of course I had to add my fave heels to finish off this look.  I feel that the heels and the feminine ruffles of this blazer makes the outfit playful and chic.  I am looking forward to playing around with different color combos using these pants.  Do you have any suggestions? Military Green With A Feminine Touch

 I bought these pants on black friday and I finally decided to wear them, I was however in need some inspiration so I browsed through good ol' Pinterest to see how others styled their outfits.  I know I wanted to give my look a feminine touch and I did that by adding a silk blouse, gold accessories and you can't forget the leopard heels.  I just love this color green, it is such a bold color you can combine it with just about everything.  Do you own any military inspired colors or pieces?

Seeing Rose Gold Polka Dots...

Sometimes I think that I miss my hometown of NJ because of my friends, the food, and the environment, but then I start to think of how cold it gets and the snow and that makes me glad that I love in NC, granted this state can get a little bi-polar with the weather cold one day and hot the next but I love living the country and I have gotten used to the weather, the food, the nice people (people actually say good morning in the grocery store without even knowing you) and my drive to work where I pass farms with cows and horses the views are just beautiful.  For this outfit I paired my sweater from Old Navy which I LOVE!! it is so comfy and warm that it was all I needed for a brisk day in NC.  How is the weather where you are living and how does it affect your style?

A veces pienso cuanta falta me hace Nueva Jersey a causa de mis amigos, la comida, y el ambiente, pero luego me pongo a pensar en el frío que hace y la nieve, y el trafico y eso me hace feliz que vivo en Carolina del Norte, aunque les cuento que este estado tiene la tendencia de ser un poco bipolar con el clima un día esta super frío, y el día siguiente hacer calor, pero me encanta vivir en el campo y me he acostumbrado a el clima, la comida, la gente tan amorosa (la gente dicen buenos días en el super sin conocerte), y mis viajes al trabajo donde paso por la granjas con la vacas y caballos los paisajes son simplemente bello. Para este atuendo, me puse mi suéter de Old Navy que me encanta! es muy cómoda y cálida y era todo lo que necesitaba para un día medio fresco en NC. ¿Cómo es el clima donde ustedes viven y cómo afecta a su estilo?

Keeping It Casual...

I am a sucker for shoes let’s be honest what woman isn’t, my husband often asks how many shoes do you need? And do you really need another pair? And my answers are usually a lot and yes! You never really know what you are in the mood for and one day could be the strappy high heel, another day could be the comfy wedges and there may be days where you just want to be in flats.  I purchased these shoes from a website called Peltzshoes.com they have designers shoes at really good prices.  These are really comfy and I am loving the leopard print.  I have worn these with a lot of different outfits and I fall in love with them everything time I use them.  This time I went for a casual look for dinner with the family.  I just kept it simple with dark wash skinny jeans and a black top.  So I must ask are you a shoe lover like me?

Soy una fanática de los zapatos seamos honestas que mujer se atreve a decir lo contrario, mi marido suele preguntar cuántos zapatos necesitas? Y si de verdad necesitas otro par? Y mis respuestas son generalmente muchos y sí! Uno nunca sabe que par de zapatos quiere usar y todo depende del humor que uno tenga un día podría ser zapatos de tacón alto de tiras, otro díapodría ser las cuñas cómodas y puede haber días en los que sólo quieren estar en zapatos “flat”.Yo compre estos zapatos de un sitio web llamado PeltzShoes.com tienen zapatos de diseñadoresa muy buenos precios. Estos zapatos son muy cómodos y me encanta el estampado de leopardo. Ya los he usado un montón de veces con diferentes atuendos y me enamoro de elloscada vez que los uso. Esta vez fue para un look casual para salir a cenar con la familia. Este atuendo fue simple me puse unos mahonés “skinny” oscuros y una camisa negra. Así que tengo que les pregunto son amante de los zapatos como yo?
