Keeping It Simple!

Hey Guys I bring you a keeping it simple outfit because sometimes less is more.  I kept it simple with a pair of skinny jeans with a black tank and these fab leopard flats with I bought for less than $10 bucks!! The leopard flats I feel give this outfit a little umph... this is the perfect mommy on the outfit. What pieces do you go to for a simple yet chic outfit?

Metallic Perforated Heels

 Hello my loves! How is everyone's week going so far? as most of you are aware there was a pretty big storm that past through and here in NC after the storm passed its been chilly in the morning so I had to pull out my faux leather jacket from the closet this morning.  This weather has been all over the place I am just glad the rest of the week is suppose to warm up and be beautiful.  So you have probably noticed that I've been wearing these heels all the time... and I loooove them I got them at Ross in Orlando (on my work trip) and they are the best $17 I've spent, these shoes are light, comfy and very stylish.

Styling Peter Pilotto!

So by now you have heard of the Peter Pilotto line for Target I fell in love instantly with his collection.  All the colors and patterns just draws you in, so I wrote the date down in my planner because this was something that I did not want to miss out. Needless to say when the day came I completely forgot about!! thankfully I saw a post on Instagram and went right to my laptop and was able to purchase a few items (with the exception of the romper and color block blazer that I really wanted) but I couldn't wait to get them in the mail so I went to my local target with the hope of finding the Blazer and romper and instead I kinda duplicated some items that I already bought online because like I said I just couldn't wait.   I am wearing the sweater which I LOVE!!! it is so comfy and warm I paired it with my faux leather pants and metallic heels to finish off the look.  Did you score any pieces from the Peter Pilotto line?

Mixing Prints!

Hey Loves!! If you follow me on instagram (which you can do so here) I was traveling a couple weeks ago and I wore this outfit and I didn't have a chance to take any pictures since I did not bring my camera... I did not curl my hair like I had on my instagram picture but other than that it is the same.  I love this subtle mix of both the leopard print and gingham it is not over powering and by keeping everything else simple and neutral also the prints to shine.  and I mean you can never go wrong with leopard heels they are a perfect way to add some flavor to any outfit.  Doyou like playing with prints? what are some of your favorite combos?

Teal and Leopard!

Hey Guys! I loveeeee these pants, the color is fabulous and this was another steal from Old Navy!! I paid less than $10 for them and for a budget conscious mom like me that is one heck of a deal that I just could not pass up.  I went with a simple yet chic work outfit and of course I had to add my fave heels to finish off this look.  I feel that the heels and the feminine ruffles of this blazer makes the outfit playful and chic.  I am looking forward to playing around with different color combos using these pants.  Do you have any suggestions? Hello 2014!!

Hey Loves!! Happy New Year, hope you all had a fabulous holiday.  It was nice to take some time off to relax and spend time with family, but it is also nice to get back to what I love doing and that is blogging.  So here is the first outfit of 2014 and it was my New Years Eve outfit.  I wanted something simple and chic since it was going to be a family party and I knew I would have to run after my kids. I bought this top from from a local store for only $7!! I love the the color combo and the faux leather part on top.   How did you spend your new years? do you have any big resolutions?

Hola amores! Feliz año nuevo, espero que todos hayan tenido unas vacaciones fabulosas. Fue agradable tener algo de tiempo libre para relajarse y pasar tiempo con la familia, pero también es bueno volver a lo que me encanta hacer y eso es lo que es blogging para mi. Así que aquí es el primer atuendo del 2014 y fue para despedir el año. Quería algo sencillo y chic ya que iba a ser una fiesta familiar y yo sabía que tendría que correr detrás de mis hijos. Compré esta camisa de una tienda local por sólo $7! Me encanta el de la combinación de colores y la parte de piel sintética en la parte superior. ¿Cómo pasaron el año nuevo? ¿tienen alguna grandes resoluciones?
