Oldies Inspired Outfit!

 Hellooooooooo my loves! long time no see huh? I am sorry i've been MIA call it a break... or lack of inspiration, but the good news is that I am back.  To start off this week's post is a little oldies inspired outfit.  I bought these pants from Old Navy and I loveee them they are super comfy and the print is just so fabulous.  I can see myself wearing these pants a lot they are so versatile and I can't wait to style them again.  What do you guys think of this outfit?

It's My Bloggiversary!!

Hey Loves!! Well if you haven’t noticed the title it’s my bloggiversary today!! I am beyond excited at the progress that I have made during this last year.  My style has changed, evolved into something that I am just feel so happy and comfortable with, I take more risks now than I used to.  I play with colors, patterns and textures to create something that feels like me.  This year has been amazing I was able to do a lot of cool things, like attend local fashion shows; I was able to do amazing collaborations with amazing companies and bloggers.  I hope in this year to grow my brand further and I want to be able to continue work with these companies and bloggers. Hola amores ! Bueno, si usted no ha notado el título es mi bloggiversary hoy ! Estoy más que emocionada con el progreso que he hecho durante este último año. Mi estilo ha cambiado, evolucionado en algo que me siento muy feliz y cómoda con mi estilo,tomo más riesgos ahora de lo que solía hacer.  Juego con colores, diferente estampados y texturas para crear algo que se siente como yo. Este año ha sido increíble pude hacer un montón de cosas interesantes, como asistir fashion shows de moda locales, pude hacer colaboraciones con empresas y otro bloggers increíbles. Espero que en este año pueda crecer mi blog aun más y quiero continuar el trabajo con estas empresas y bloggers . This dress is absolutely fabulous! The print and colors are just amazing and a huge plus is that it is super comfy.  The fabric is soft and stretchy, and the length is perfect... I know that I will be able to get a lot of use out of it since it can be dressed up with a pair of heels or booties or you can dress it down with a pair of flats.  I kept everything simple because I wanted the dress to be the focus.  If you follow me on instagram you know that a couple weeks ago I was at TJ Maxx trying to decide which purse I wanted to buy and as you can see by the pictures I decided on the all blue Michael Kors bag which is beyond fabulous!

Este vestido es absolutamente fabuloso! El estampado y los colores son simplemente increíble y una gran ventaja es que es súper cómodo. La tela es suave y tiene un poco elásticidad, y lo largo es perfecto... Sé que le voy a dar un buen uso a este traje, ya que con un par de tacones o botines puedes lucir elegante o si se pone un par de flats puedes lucir mas casual, mantuve todo simple porque quería que el vestido fuera el foco.  Si me sigues en instagram saben que hace un par de semanas atras estuve en TJ Maxx tratando de decidir qué cartera que quería comprar y como se pueden ver por las fotos que me decidí por la cartera azul de Michael Kors y simplemente es fabulosa!

Hello 2014!!

Hey Loves!! Happy New Year, hope you all had a fabulous holiday.  It was nice to take some time off to relax and spend time with family, but it is also nice to get back to what I love doing and that is blogging.  So here is the first outfit of 2014 and it was my New Years Eve outfit.  I wanted something simple and chic since it was going to be a family party and I knew I would have to run after my kids. I bought this top from from a local store for only $7!! I love the the color combo and the faux leather part on top.   How did you spend your new years? do you have any big resolutions?

Hola amores! Feliz año nuevo, espero que todos hayan tenido unas vacaciones fabulosas. Fue agradable tener algo de tiempo libre para relajarse y pasar tiempo con la familia, pero también es bueno volver a lo que me encanta hacer y eso es lo que es blogging para mi. Así que aquí es el primer atuendo del 2014 y fue para despedir el año. Quería algo sencillo y chic ya que iba a ser una fiesta familiar y yo sabía que tendría que correr detrás de mis hijos. Compré esta camisa de una tienda local por sólo $7! Me encanta el de la combinación de colores y la parte de piel sintética en la parte superior. ¿Cómo pasaron el año nuevo? ¿tienen alguna grandes resoluciones?

There is just something about black and white that is just so classic and you can pair it with any color of the rainbow.  I took this striped peplum shirt and paired it with a pair of bright red pants for a polished look.

Hay algo de los colores blanco y negro que son tan clásico y se puede emparejar con cualquier color del arcoiris. Tomé esta camisa a rayas peplum y lo combine con un par de pantalones de color rojo brillante para un aspecto más pulido.

I just love the color and pattern of these pants.  The print is so subtle that they are great to use when you are mixing prints and when trying to do a monochromatic look I am doing here.  The print and my cream top gives the outfit some balance so I don't walk around looking like Barney haha.  What do you think? Me encanta el color y el diseño de estos pantalones. La impresión es tan sutil que son de gran utilidad cuando se está mezclando estampados y cuando se trata de hacer un look monocromática que es lo que estoy haciendo aquí. La impresión de los pantalones y la camisa crema le dan balance a mi atuendo para no caminar pareciendome a Barney jaja. Que piensan? Llamarían este look monocromático? ¿Han probado de hacer un look monocromática?
